The Commission of Elections must continue working with stakeholders, including the local government units, to identify the most suitable venues that would ensure accessibility of registered voters to polling places.
Access to polling locations, particularly for the vulnerable sectors, must be provided to eradicate all possible barriers to voter participation and guarantee a voter-friendly election process.
As the development and progress of our communities depend heavily on the leaders we choose, no registered voter should be disenfranchised due to logistical challenges in casting their votes.
