“The Senate’s approval of the Expanded National Nutrition Program Act (Senate Bill No. 2272) is a crucial step toward confronting child malnutrition head-on. We cannot expect our children to learn and reach their full potential if they have been battling malnutrition from an early age. With one in four Filipino children under five suffering from stunting, we must mobilize every stakeholder, especially our LGUs, to deliver timely and targeted nutrition interventions.
