“The declining proficiency of Filipino learners, as reported by EDCOM 2, points to the persistence of the education crisis, which we need to address with utmost urgency. We already allocated significant resources under the historic education budget for this year, which includes investments for early childhood care and development and learning recovery through the ARAL Program. 

Sa puntong ito, kailangang tiyakin nating ang pondong inilaan natin para sa edukasyon ay  magpapatatag sa pundasyon ng ating mga mag-aaral, mag-aangat sa kanilang kakayahan, at magwawakas sa krisis na patuloy nating hinaharap.”
