“I am gravely concerned by the National Bureau of Investigation’s findings on individuals grooming and recruiting minors to commit violence. These predators exploit vulnerable children and weaponize them against communities.

I urge the NBI, Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), and law enforcement agencies to identify, investigate, and prosecute those targeting minors.

Nakatakda nang talakayin sa plenaryo ng Senado ang panukalang social media ban para sa mga menor de edad na wala pang 16 taong gulang. Patuloy nating susuportahan ang mga programang tulad ng School-Based Mental Health Program at Parent Effectiveness Service Program para itaguyod ang kapakanan ng ating mga kabataan.”
