Valenzuela City Congressman Win Gatchalian leads an urban farming contest to help preserve the environment and give a livelihood opportunity to all residents in Valenzuela City.

In the “Luntiang Kabuhayan” program, participants will compete in terms of number of harvests, sales and innovative way of growing crops.

The project is made possible in partnership with East-West Seed Philippines, San Miguel Corporation, and Bureau of Plant Industry or BPI.
