The office of Valenzuela City First District is inviting every job applicant in Valenzuela City to take part in its newly organized monthly call center training-seminar under the “WinTayo sa Trabaho” Program for its next batch of trainings.

Valenzuela City Congressman Win Gatchalian has joined forces with Southgate Premiere Services to conduct a two-week seminar for individuals who want to be a part of the growing call center and business process outsourcing or BPO industries.
Southgate Premiere Services, a well-known manpower agency, currently has ties with over 46 telecommunication and BPO companies, including JPMorgan, Teleperformance, and Convergys.

The first batch of call center training-seminar will be held at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela from April 13 to 17 and will continue from April 20 to 24.

The trainees who will be taught under Gatchalian’s first call center training-seminar are the 22 job hunters who registered and expressed willingness to be a part of the said project in the mega-job fair that was held last February 28.

Under the project of Gatchalian and Southgate, the manpower agency will provide lectures on the basics of call center activities, interviews, call simulations, and techniques in call handling.

Trainers will also provide lessons to participants to help them improve their language, particularly on grammar, pronunciation, and enunciation. Pointers on how to enhance their personality and build confidence when talking to clients will also be discussed at the call center training-seminar.

After the 10-day event, account managers of Southgate Premiere Services will assess and interview the graduates at their main office in Quezon City.
