“Let us take pride in this achievement. It is truly encouraging to see that our collective efforts are bearing fruit, as reflected in the latest PISA results. The gains we are seeing show that our reforms and learning recovery initiatives are making a difference and that we are moving in the right direction.

But the job is not yet done. We must sustain the momentum to ensure that these gains translate into lasting improvements in learning outcomes. This means continuing our support for learning recovery programs, including the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program.

Sa pagtalakay natin sa 2027 national budget, patuloy nating bibigyang-prayoridad ang mga repormang magpapatatag sa pundasyon ng ating mga mag-aaral, mula early childhood development hanggang teacher education, upang mas marami pa tayong makitang learning gains sa mga susunod na PISA results.”
