“I strongly condemn the recent alleged hazing incident at the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA). It is deeply alarming and unacceptable that such acts continue to occur within an institution tasked with shaping our future law enforcers. Kung nagmumula sa institusyong ito mismo ang mga lumalabag sa batas, paano natin ipagkakatiwala sa kanila ang ating kaligtasan at kaayusan? 

Those responsible for these deplorable acts should be held fully accountable under the Anti-Hazing Act of 2018 (Republic Act No. 11053). While three suspects are already in custody, the PNPA should exhaust all measures to secure justice for the victims and put a definitive end to the culture of violence that persists within its ranks.”
